Training for election committees

The composition of works councils and the appointment of employee representatives to supervisory boards are determined by elections. Elections are the essential process for the democratic legitimization of employee representation. The legislator has standardized and codified the election process through election regulations. In order to conduct legally compliant elections, it is therefore essential to be familiar with the election regulations and to implement the process standardized therein.
